A Four-Tini 40th Birthday That Used Every Inch of Horsehead Lake Lodge & Event Center
At Horsehead Lake Lodge & Event Center in Clarksville, Arkansas, we believe celebrations should be as personal, creative, and bold as the people hosting them. We love seeing our space transformed and reimagined, whether the vision is intimate and meaningful or full-scale and extravagant.
This Four-Tini themed 40th birthday celebration was one of the most inspiring events we have ever hosted. It was imaginative, immersive, and a perfect example of what is possible when someone fully brings their vision to life.
Unforgettable Moments at Every Turn
One of the most jaw-dropping moments of the evening was the reveal of a pink Bronco, gifted by the husband and displayed inside the venue itself. It immediately became a showstopper and proved just how flexible the space can be for large-scale surprises and installations.
A full stage anchored the room and featured two grand piano style pianos, disco balls, and feather accents that brought performance and drama into the heart of the event. The entertainment continued with a live showgirl performance and a gold statue performer who posed motionless for long periods of time, creating a striking and interactive element for guests throughout the night.
To fully embrace the Vegas theme, casino tables and slot machines were brought in, giving guests a lively and playful experience that kept the energy high all evening.
A Centerpiece Designed to Wow
At the center of the room sat a large circular dining table with a hollow middle. Inside that center space was a massive Vegas themed cake surrounded by balloons and decor. It became a focal point of the entire event and a creative way to make the cake part of the overall design rather than a separate moment.
Elevated Dining and a Sweet Surprise
Guests enjoyed an extravagant dinner menu that matched the scale and style of the celebration. Later in the evening, an interactive ice cream bar was presented where ice cream was made fresh in front of guests. It was both entertaining and delicious and served as the perfect late-night treat.
Designed for Memories and Moments
Throughout the venue, guests found intentional lounge areas, a statement bar space, and a custom magazine cover style photo box where they could step inside and capture memories from the night. Every area invited guests to explore, connect, and celebrate.
This event was one of the most fully utilized uses of our venue we have ever seen! From the stage to the lounges, from large installations to intimate gathering spaces, the entire venue came to life!
